James Ross Jr. is a full-stack software engineer, AI integration specialist, and Sandler-trained sales professional based in Dallas, Texas. Before founding Routiine LLC, he spent years in enterprise sales learning how businesses actually operate — where time gets wasted, where manual processes create bottlenecks, and where technology consistently fails to deliver on what was promised. That experience became the foundation for how Routiine scopes, prices, and delivers every project.

On the technical side, James builds with Nuxt.js, Hono, PostgreSQL, and the Anthropic Claude SDK. He architected the FORGE methodology — a coordinated AI development pipeline that runs seven specialized agents in parallel on every engagement, each with structured quality gates and handoff protocols. This is not a traditional agency workflow with a single developer wearing multiple hats. It is a systems-level approach to software delivery that produces consistent, documented, and secure results on every project.
