The templates nobody else publishes.

These are the operating documents inside every Routiine engagement. We publish them because the methodology is the product — and giving them away costs nothing that a competitor could not already figure out. Use them freely. Attribution is appreciated, not required.

Why We Publish These

Methodology is the product. The templates are the proof.

Most Dallas agencies hide their operating documents. We audited 39 of them and zero publish a methodology page, a scoping template, or a quality-gate checklist. The hiding is rational — an opaque process makes it harder for a buyer to hold the agency accountable. It also makes it harder for a buyer to trust the agency before they sign.

Routiine's bet is the opposite one. A buyer who reads the Sprint Scope template before they pay for the scoping engagement knows exactly what they will receive. A buyer who reads the Ten Quality Gates knows exactly what fails a release. A buyer who reads the Ownership Transfer checklist knows precisely what lands on their desk on day 90. That transparency is how the Ship-or-Pay Guarantee becomes operationally affordable — because the expectations are aligned in writing before the first line of code.

You are free to use these templates on your own engagements, whether or not you ever hire Routiine. The methodology beats the mystique every time. See the full FORGE methodology for the complete operating discipline.

Need More Than Templates?

Bring the project. We'll bring the team.

Templates are the starting point. A Sprint Scope engagement locks the architecture, timeline, and fixed price in writing inside ten business days. The first five engagements pay the 20% founding rate.
