The programmatic layer does not form a connected knowledge graph — it forms a star pattern pointing back at the same trunk.

Failure 3: Identical schema markup across every page. The JSON-LD on the Plano page is a find-and-replace of the JSON-LD on the Frisco page. The LocalBusiness schema declares the same areaServed, the same priceRange, the same openingHours, the same aggregate rating — because the schema is generated from one template that does not read from a city-specific data source. Schema that does not vary between pages is a helpfulness flag.

Failure 4: No evidence the page was built for humans. No case studies from that city. No photos of actual work done in that city. No contact information specific to that city. No FAQ answering questions that only matter in that city. A human reader landing on the page would have no reason to stay — and Google's helpfulness signals include on-page engagement proxies that correlate to how long a real human would spend on a page before bouncing.

Every page has data on it that no competitor's template produces.

Step 3 — Template the structure, not the content. The template defines the HTML scaffold, the heading hierarchy, the schema graph structure, and the component layout. The content fills the scaffold from the data graph — so every page has the same structural skeleton but the flesh of each page is distinct. A reader comparing the Plano page to the Frisco page sees two pages that are clearly part of the same site with the same architecture, but where the content, the data, and the proof are meaningfully different.

Step 4 — Build a real internal link graph. The internal link graph is a connected knowledge graph, not a star pattern — and the anchor text on every internal link is descriptive, not "click here".

Step 5 — Generate distinct schema per page from the graph. The JSON-LD @graph block for the Plano page declares areaServed specific to Plano, openingHoursSpecification reflecting the actual service hours for that area, and Service entries tied to the services actually performed in that zip code cluster. The schema for the Frisco page draws different values from the graph. No two pages have identical schema — because no two rows in the data graph are identical.

Step 6 — Generate AI-citation-ready content. Every page passes the 47-item LLM optimization checklist referenced in our earlier post. Declarative content in the first 150 words.
